PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Minimum Deposit Requirements: (Hotel Only) $100.00 per person due at the time of booking.
• Roundtrip CUN airport transportation included.
• Flights are not included.
• Deposits are nonrefundable if Travel Protection is not purchased and paid in full at the time of the initial booking. 
• The cost of Travel Protection is not refundable.
• Balance must be paid in by March 10, 2024 (No Exceptions).

STANDARD ROOM ONLY CANCELLATION POLICIES

• 75 days prior to departure date: Initial deposit is non-refundable for all guests booked into the room. 
• 74 - 60 days prior to departure date: 50% cancellation penalty
• 59 - 30 days prior to departure date: 75% cancellation penalty
• 29 or less days prior to departure date: 100% . (All no shows, reductions and cancellations will be charged.)
• These terms are subject to change based on the group size.
• Cancellations policies above do not apply to guests that purchase travel protection.

TRAVEL PROTECTIONS OPTIONS

•   Travel Protection Plus - Cash Refund - ($139.99 to $284.99* per adult) - this plan is  for travelers who would want to receive a full refund in the original form of payment if plans  change and need to cancel. 

•   Travel Protection Plus - Full Travel Credit - ($79.99 to $124.99* per adult) - this  plan is for budget-conscious travelers. Same great Travel Protection Plus coverage, just a lower  price point. Perfect for those travelers who know they will travel, but need some flexibility. 

Costa Mujeres Environmental Sanitation Tax - Municipality of Isla Mujeres The Municipal Government of Isla Mujeres will be charging all guests in the area of Costa Mujeres an Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum 31.12 Mexican Pesos (approx. $1.70 USD) per room per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the extraordinary beauty of the area.
